Beyond Abuse has been supporting people who have been affected by sexual assault, physical and psychological child abuse in Tasmania since 2002. We’re here to help with child sexual assault support, Child sexual assault compensation, advocacy, education and justice.
Beyond Abuse are here to support you with a range of services including child sexual assault support, advocacy, education and justice, as well as child sexual assault compensation from institutional abuse.
We’re here for Tasmania, and are operated by people including survivors of abuse, so are positioned to provide non-judgemental, objective and survivor-focused guidance and support to survivors of child sexual abuse.
Beyond Abuse staff work on a volunteer basis, and all of our work since 2002 has been done for no remuneration. Since 2021 the Tasmanian Government has generously supported the work of Beyond Abuse providing funding enabling the provision of our Peer to Peer program.
